For ISREP Real Estate Agent & Loan Officer Members in good standing only.  Closed a minimum of 5 "Biz Op" transactions, certified by members managing broker.  Provide proof of having attended and satisfactorily passed a class addressing business opportunity transactions.
 

2 - Certified Commercial Real Estate Specialist*
For ISREP Real Estate Agent & Loan Officer Members in good standing only.  Closed a minimum of 10 "commercial" transactions, certified by members managing broker.  Attend and satisfactorily pass a minimum of 30 hours of continuing real estate agent education, of which a minimum of 15 hours is dedicated to commercial  real estate, and certified by members managing broker.
 

3 - Certified Escrow Specialist*
For ISREP Members in good standing only.  Closed a minimum of 10 real estate transactions as an Escrow closer, certified by members senior management.  Attend and successfully pass a minimum of 20 hours of escrow training, certified by members senior management.
 

4 - Certified Home Inspector*
For ISREP Members in good standing only.  Provide proof of having attended and satisfactorily passed a certified training course for home inspector.  Performed a minimum of 10 home/property inspections; inspection reports certified by a Notary.
 

5 - Certified Internet Marketing Specialist*
For ISREP Members in good standing only.  Currently has a minimum of two online websites serving the real estate industry.  Uses email and a minimum of (1) one other method of Internet communications (i.e. Instant Message (IM), VOIP (Skype etc), eFAX, Chatroom, Message Board, Blog, Newsgroup, Video (YouTube), etc.  to interact online with industry professionals and real estate consumers (if applicable).  Has closed (conducted) a minimum of 10 real estate transactions using internet capabilities to communicate with clients and other professionals to achieve closing, and certified by members managing broker or supervisor.   
 

6 - Certified Loan Officer Assistant*
For ISREP Lending Members in good standing only.  Has assisted loan officers with the origination and successful closing of a minimum of 5 mortgage loan transactions.  Performed loan officer assistant functions for a period of not less than 3 months; has submitted loan officer certification that minimum ISREP requirements have been met.
 

7 - Certified Loan Officer*
For ISREP Lending Members in good standing only.  Has originated and successfully closed a minimum of 10 mortgage loan transactions.  Has attended and successfully passed a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education on subjects pertaining to loan office practices, responsibilities, and loan originating processes; certified by managing broker. 
 

8 - Certified Loan Processor*
For ISREP Lending Members in good standing only.  Has processed and successfully closed a minimum of 10 mortgage loan transactions.  Has attended and successfully passed a minimum of 15 hours of continuing education on subjects supporting the processing of mortgage loans; certified by managing broker.
 

9 - Certified Professional Appraiser*
For ISREP Appraisal Members in good standing only.  Performed a minimum of 10 real estate appraisals, certified by members senior management.  Provide proof of having attended and satisfactorily passed a certified training course for appraisers.
 

10 - Certified Real Estate Assistant*
For ISREP Real Estate Agent Assistants in good standing only.  Assist agent with a minimum of 3 closed transactions, conducted client follow-up with a minimum of 10 prospects,   performed admin support functions for a minimum of 3 months, and submit agent certified signature to attest that minimum qualifications have been meet. 
 

11 - Certified Real Estate Professional*
For ISREP Real Estate Agent Members in good standing only.  Closed a minimum of 10 real estate transactions, certified by members senior management.  Attend and satisfactorily pass a minimum of 30 hours of continuing real estate agent education, certified by members managing broker.
 

12 - Certified Real Estate Specialist for Disabled*
For ISREP Real Estate Agent Members in good standing only.  Closed a minimum of 5 real estate transactions on behalf of disabled clients, certified by members senior management.  Attend and satisfactorily pass a minimum of 30 hours of continuing real estate agent education, including a minimum of 8 hours devoted to subjects addressing special requirements, concerns and issues of disabled consumers, certified by members managing broker.
 

13 - Certified Real Estate Specialist for Seniors*
For ISREP Real Estate Agent Members in good standing only.  Closed a minimum of 5 real estate transactions on behalf of senior clients (aged 55+), certified by members senior management.  Attend and satisfactorily pass a minimum of 30 hours of continuing real estate agent education, including a minimum of 8 hours devoted to subjects addressing special requirements, concerns and issues of senior citizens. certified by members managing broker.
 

14 - Certified Title Specialist*
For ISREP Title Company Members in good standing only.  Performed title services in support of a minimum of 10 real estate transactions, certified by members senior management.  Attended and satisfactorily passed a minimum of 20 hours of title training, certified by members senior management. 
 

15 - Condominium & Town Home Specialist*
For ISREP Real Estate Agent Members in good standing only.  Closed a minimum of 10 real estate transactions, including a minimum of 5 pertaining for condos or town homes, certified by members senior management.  Attend and satisfactorily pass a minimum of 30 hours of continuing real estate agent education, of which 8 hours is dedicated to subjects specific to condo and town home communities, and certified by members managing broker.
 

16 - Farm, Ranch & Equestrian Specialist*
For ISREP Real Estate Agent Members in good standing only.  Closed a minimum of 5 real estate transactions on behalf of clients seeking to buy or sell a Farm, Ranch or Equestrian property; to be certified by members senior management.  Attend and satisfactorily pass a minimum of 30 hours of continuing real estate agent education, including a minimum of 8 hours devoted to subjects addressing special requirements, concerns and issues of farm, ranch, and equestrian properties; certified by members managing broker.
 

17 - First Time Home Buyer Specialist*
For ISREP Real Estate Agent & Loan Officer Members in good standing only.  Closed a minimum of 10 first time home buyer real estate transactions, to be certified by members senior management.  Attend and satisfactorily pass a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education, including a minimum of 8 hours devoted to subjects addressing first time home buyer requirements, concerns and issues; certified by members managing broker.
 

18 - Multi-Family Specialist*
For ISREP Real Estate Agent & Loan Officer Members in good standing only. Closed a minimum of 5 Multi-Family real estate transactions, to be certified by members senior management. Attend and satisfactorily pass a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education, including a minimum of 8 hours devoted to subjects specifically addressing Multi-Family transaction; certified by members managing broker.

19 - Manufactured Home Specialist*
For ISREP Real Estate Agent & Loan Officer Members in good standing only. Closed a minimum of 5 Manufactuered Home transactions, to be certified by members senior management. Attend and satisfactorily pass a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education, including a minimum of 8 hours devoted to subjects specifically addressing Manufactured Home transactions; certified by members managing broker.
 

20 - Professional Buyers Agent*
For ISREP Real Estate Agent Members in good standing only. Closed a minimum of 10 real estate transactions as a Buyers Agent' certified by members managing broker. Attend and satisfactorily pass a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education, including a minimum of 8 hours devoted to subjects specifically addressing Buyer Agency and how the role differs from being a Listing Agent; certified by members managing broker.
 

21 - Professional Listing Agent*
For ISREP Real Estate Agent Members in good standing only. Closed a minimum of 10 real estate transactions as a Listing Agent' certified by members managing broker. Attend and satisfactorily pass a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education, including a minimum of 8 hours devoted to subjects specifically addressing Listing Agency and how the role differs from being a Buyers Agent; certified by members managing broker. 
 

22 - Professional Negotiation Specialist*
For ISREP Real Estate Agent Members in good standing only.  Member must have negotiated 10 real estate transactions to mutual acceptance of offer; and, negotiated mutual acceptance and satisfaction of all contingencies for 10 additional real estate transactions; certified by members managing broker.  Attend and satisfactorily pass a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education, including a minimum of 8 hours devoted to subjects specifically addressing real estate and contract negotiations; certified by members managing broker.

 

23 - Property Management Specialist*
For ISREP Real Estate Agent Members in good standing only.  Member must have performed property management functions for a minimum of 20 separate property management transactions.    Attend and satisfactorily pass a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education, including a minimum of 15 hours devoted to subjects specifically addressing property management; certified by members managing broker.
 

24 - Real Estate Investment Specialist*
For ISREP Real Estate Agent and Loan Officer Members in good standing only.   Member must have closed 10 real estate investment transactions, including 5 which are 1031 exchange; certified by members managing broker.  Attend and satisfactorily pass a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education, including a minimum of 15 hours devoted to real estate investments and 1031 exchange transactions; certified by members managing broker.
 

25 - Real Estate Training Specialist*
For ISREP Members in good standing only.  Member must have conducted a minimum of 5 training classes on a minimum of 3 separate industry subjectsm to other professionals within the real estate industry.  Requirements must be certified by members management. 
 

26 - Single Family Residential Specialist*
For ISREP Real Estate Agent & Loan Officer Members in good standing only. Closed a minimum of 20 single family real estate transactions, to be certified by members senior management. Attend and satisfactorily pass a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education, including a minimum of 15 hours devoted to subjects specifically addressing Single-Family transactions; certified by members managing broker.
 

27 - Vintage Home Specialist*
For ISREP Real Estate Agent Members in good standing only. Closed a minimum of 5 Vintage Home (built prior to 1920)  transactions, to be certified by members senior management. Attend and satisfactorily pass a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education, including a minimum of 8 hours devoted to subjects specifically addressing Vintage Home properties/transactions; and the differences in these properties from those built after 1950; certified by members managing broker.
