Stanislav Jurčišin
Founder and Research Director
Stanislav Jurčišin is the founder and research director of the think tank. His work focuses on macroeconomics, economic democracy, and system design, with an emphasis on empirically grounded and interdisciplinary research. He is the author of the project's core conceptual framework and defines its overall research direction and methodological foundations.

Jingke Duan
Operations and Research Development
Jingke Duan is responsible for the technical and organisational coordination of the think tank's activities. The role includes professional translation and adaptation of research texts into academic English, as well as the development of policy papers, analytical reports, and other non-journal research outputs supporting the project's dissemination and practical impact.
